Dr. Megan Ridley, DVM, CVA, CCRT, CVSMT

Dr. Ridley has dedicated more than 20 years of her career to veterinary rehabilitation, with a focus on improving quality of life through mobility, comfort, and pain management for dogs and cats. A graduate of Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine, she has completed advanced training and certification in canine rehabilitation, veterinary acupuncture, and veterinary spinal manipulation therapy.

Dr. Ridley is deeply committed to research-informed, evidence-based medicine and to continually learning and advancing her field. She takes an individualized approach to each patient, combining extensive clinical experience with careful attention to their unique needs, abilities, and goals. She is equally dedicated to her clients, taking the time to listen, educate, and create practical treatment plans that fit their lives.

Her clinical interests include orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation, pain management, and acupuncture. Dr. Ridley has held leadership and teaching roles throughout the veterinary rehabilitation community, contributing to the advancement of the field and educating veterinary professionals along the way.

Through the founding of Chicago Veterinary Rehabilitation, Dr. Ridley is able to practice medicine in a way that reflects her values: providing ethical, thoughtful care for every patient, with their needs, comfort, and quality of life at the center of every decision.

Sarah Jackson, CVPM

Sarah Jackson has dedicated more than 20 years of her career to veterinary medicine, with a focus on practice leadership, team development, and creating thoughtful experiences for patients, clients, and veterinary professionals.

Throughout her career, Sarah has held leadership roles in veterinary medicine, with extensive experience in practice operations, team development, client communication, and practice growth. She earned her Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) credential through the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association in 2024.

Through the founding of Chicago Veterinary Rehabilitation, Sarah brings her experience in veterinary medicine and practice leadership together with her belief in independent, ethical, and patient-centered care. She is committed to building a practice grounded in strong teams, thoughtful systems, genuine client relationships, and a shared commitment to the comfort and quality of life of every patient
